Browser Extension Introduction
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") details how data provided by users of the MasterDSP browser extension (the "Extension") (collectively with the MasterDSP software, the "Service") to Keancode LLC ("Us" or "We") is processed, used, and stored. By installing or using the Extension, You agree to the practices described in this Policy. If You do not agree, please do not install or use the Extension.
We comply with the privacy regulations of applicable laws that must be observed by information and communication service providers, such as the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information, Protection, Etc., the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, and the Telecommunications Business Act. We establish this Policy based on these laws and makes its best efforts to protect Your rights.
The Extension assists Amazon Delivery Service Partner ("DSP") operators in processing delivery and roster data from the Amazon Logistics portal and reconciling that data against payroll identifiers within the MasterDSP platform.
1. Information You Give Us. Below is a non-exhaustive list of information We may collect from You through the Extension:
1.1 Contact Information: This includes information provided by You to Us when You sign in to Your account, and includes, but is not limited to, Your email address and name (collectively, "Account Information").
1.2 Authentication Data: When You sign in, You provide Your account email address and password, which are transmitted to Us to authenticate You. We do not store Your password within the Extension. Upon successful sign-in, We issue an authentication token that is stored locally on Your device to keep You signed in (collectively, "Authentication Data").
1.3 User Content: We may collect content that You choose to upload through the Extension, such as spreadsheet files (CSV or Excel) and an associated date that You submit for processing (collectively, "Communication Information").
1.4 Logistics Request Data: When You use the Extension on the Amazon Logistics portal (logistics.amazon.com), We collect technical data attached to a specific delivery-operations request so that the request can be securely re-authorized on Your behalf. This includes the session identifier (x-cortex-session), request signature (x-cortex-hmac-signature), request timestamp (x-cortex-timestamp), the referring URL (referer), and the cookies attached to that request (collectively, "Logistics Request Data"). The Extension only reads requests on logistics.amazon.com that match the specific delivery-operations endpoint required for this feature, and does not monitor or collect Your general web browsing activity on any other site.
1.5 Identifiers: We collect other personal information that You provide to Us, such as the mapping You enter between Amazon Transportation IDs and Paycom payroll IDs, User ID, or Device ID (collectively, "Other Information").
1.6 Usage Data: We collect usage data such as data regarding Your product interaction, remaining usage quota, and subscription status (collectively, "Usage Data").
1.7 Diagnostics: We collect data for diagnostics purposes such as crash data, performance data, and other diagnostics data (collectively, "Diagnostics Data").
2. How We Use Personal Information. We use Your personal information to provide You the most optimized experience. Your personal information processed won't be used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, We will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
2.1 Analytics: We use Your personal information to evaluate user behavior, including understanding the effectiveness of existing product features, plan new features, or measure audience size or characteristics.
2.2 App Functionality: We use Your personal information to authenticate You as a user, enable features, process the files and data You submit, re-authorize delivery-operations requests on Your behalf, prevent fraud, implement security measures, ensure server up-time, minimize crashes, improve scalability and performance, or perform customer support.
2.3 Limited Use: We only use the data described in this Policy to provide and improve the single, user-facing purpose of the Extension. We do not use Your data for advertising, ad targeting, or credit-worthiness assessment. The Extension's use of information received from Google APIs, and all data accessed through the Extension, adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Aggregated or De-Identified Information. We may aggregate or de-identify Personal Information so that it may no longer be used to identify You and use such information to analyze the effectiveness of Our Services, to improve and add features to Our Services, to conduct research and for other similar purposes.
